Everything here is sewn from durable wear-resistant fabric over an internal multilayer filler, and a circular fixation system keeps each piece sitting close while you move. How to Choose Arm Protection

Start with your discipline. For soft sword sparring, LARP and foam weapon training, a foam build stays light and friendly to your training partners. For HMB, buhurt and historical medieval battle, the segmented models add plastic where the contact is heaviest. Segmental shoulder protection carries one solid plastic plate on the shoulder, with plastic reinforcement through the biceps. Fighters who expect heavier contact can also combine these pieces with our plastic protective equipment for a more reinforced setup. Then pick your coverage. Full Arm Protection wraps the biceps, elbow and forearm in one unit. It measures 21 cm wide by 30 cm long at 1 cm thick and weighs 0.410 kg. Segmented forearm protection with elbow pairs a bracer and a solid elbow cap at 14 cm by 36 cm, 1.2 cm thick and 0.375 kg. Finally, measure. The charts work from height, body weight, biceps girth, forearm length and forearm girth, so M, L and XL land accurately. Once your arm fit is set, add hand protection to extend coverage through the wrist, knuckles and fingers.
