• Training jackets. The Sports training jacket and the Ladies Fit Training Jacket share a 240 N shell, mesh lining, Velcro closure, and reinforcement at the elbows, shoulders, and spine. The standard cut runs 48 to 72, the ladies fit 48 to 60. The PRO version adds leather sleeve cuffs and pockets for protection inserts, and the Eastern-Style Training Jacket puts the same shell into a wrap-around, robe-like cut with fabric ties. • Padded pants. Sports training pants use an elastic waistband with a snap system and reinforcement over the outer thighs, shins, and full knee, in sizes 48 to 72. Sport Panzershoss idalgo is a 3/4 cut with padding concentrated on the upper thighs and hips.
• Hands and head. Quilted Mittens combine a durable outer fabric, a natural fabric lining, and a multilayer batting filler, made for the shield hand in soft sword, axe, and halberd work. Padded mittens are the thicker version, with dense wadding through the wrist and a leather palm for grip. The Inside helmet liner comes in S through XXL, and the steel helmet liner adds a pelerine over the neck.
• Belts and extras. The Quilted Waist Belt with Attachment Points has an anatomical shape and integrated points for hanging leg guards, in sizes 44 to 64. The Belt For Leg Protection pairs a belt with suspenders in XS to XXL. The Aventail guards the neck and shoulders, and belt flags mark your team in a melee.

Quilted gear behaves differently from rigid plastic. A hard shell spreads a strike across its own surface. Batting softens that same energy while staying flexible, so your shoulders and hips keep their range through a long round. Most buhurt fighters wear both layers.
