Warranty Terms and Conditions
Our store provides a 36-month warranty and maintenance services for our products. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear.
1. You should only use our products with equipment of the same type. Do not use soft gear with or against plastic and metal armor or sharp-edged swords that might damage the fabric.
2. You should only use our products for the intended purpose (combats, sparring sessions, swordplay) on equipped playgrounds both indoor and outdoor. Before using soft gear equipment, make sure there are no metal items or tree branches around that might hurt you or damage your equipment.
3. Do not use our equipment in wooden fighting pits.
4. In case of a warranty claim, you have to contact us, provide a photo of the equipment, and send us the product back. Once the equipment is examined, it will be refurbished or replaced and delivered to you in the shortest possible time.
